Kathy Harbaugh
Executive Vice President
As the chief executive officer of the association, Kathy ensures that the board of directors, executive committee, and officers are fully informed of association conditions and of all important factors influencing them. Amy Morgan
Director of MLS Services
Amy handles the MLS issues, trainings and questions. She does all of the billing for the MLS. She works with all of the MLS Committees and is the staff liaison for the RACI Technology Committee. Amy has been with the Association since 1999.
Linda Cline
Director of Professional Development
Linda is the staff liaision for the Professional Standards Board and the Scholarship Committee. If you have an arbitration or ethics filing question, Linda would be happy to help you. Linda also works on continuing education classes for members and other educational sessions as needed. She is also a contributor to the newsletter (RACI News).
Pam Markiewicz
Assistant Director of Professional Development
Pam works with all the CE Classes and registration for classes. She processes new members and helps with the new member orientation. Pam also will keep track of RPAC donations and the lockbox and keypad/key card systems. She is the staff liaision for the RPAC committee and the Lockbox Committee.
Renee McGuire
Assistant Director of Programs
Renee oversees the
REALTOR® Offered Real Estate
magazine production schedules and billing. She is the staff liaison person for the Community Service Committee, Programs Committee and the Social Activities Committee. In addition, she writes articles and helps produce

, our monthly newsletter.
Sue Jones
Bookkeeper
Sue is responsible for effectively administering Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable. Sue bills the keypad/keycard billing, overseeing collections effort, including processing all invoices and monthly statements.
RACI History
The REALTORS® Association of Central Indiana (RACI) received their charter on January 20, 1920 from the
National Association of REALTORS®
. In 1991, the name was changed to RACI from the KOKOMO AREA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® to better reflect the Association’s jurisdiction of Howard and Tipton County. In 2008, four other Associations merged with RACI to become a larger Association. Today, the Association includes Cass, Grant, Howard, Miami, Tipton and Wabash counties.
RACI Committees
It is the general policy of the REALTORS® Association of Central Indiana to staff its committees with volunteers. RACI relies in the strength and direction of our members to operate the Association.
RACI Committees
Community Service Committee
Develops and completes projects that benefit the community. Also, promotes the Association and REALTORS® in the community. Affiliate Members may participate on this committee.
Economic Development/Political Affairs Committee
Promote and support Economic Development projects, initiatives and organizations that have an impact on our communities. To look at issues that affect Economic Development in each of our counties, which can mean anything that helps improve the lives of all who live in counties served by RACI. Promote and strive for the improvement of government by encouraging REALTORS® and others to take a more active and effective part in government affairs. To be politically aware and actively involved in local and state issues.
Nominating Committee
To screen, select and propose to the Board of Directors and then to the General Membership, a slate of Directors for election.
Professional Standards Board
Conducts meetings on alleged violation of Code of Ethics or other governing documents. Provides arbitration of commission disputes. At least two years as a REALTOR® and attend a Professional Standards Training every two years.
Program Committee
To provide excellent and varied programs for REALTOR® and Affiliate members at Networking Luncheons within our region. The committee will provide speakers of interest to members and promote regular attednace at meetings. Affiliate Members may participate on this committee.

REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC Fundraising)
To raise funds to promote or defent issues that affect our livelihood. We affect these issues through supporting politicians who support our issues.
REALTORS® Political Action Committee Trustees (RPAC Trustees)
Trustees delegate funds to candidates or issues of real estate concern. Should be political aware of candidates, office holders and issues. The committee will consist of REALTORS® who have given $99.00 or more to RPAC within the past two years and who have shown an interest. Must attend IAR training and become certified.
RACI Scholarship Fund
To fundraise, develop and maintain scholarship funds for students attending higher education. Established funds are the IU Foundation Pat Pencek Fund, the Community Foundation RACI Scholarship Trust and the Ivy Tech RACI Scholarship.
Social Activities Committee
Plans and conducts social functions for members and affiliates. Provides networking opportunity to members in a social atmosphere. Affiliate Members may participate on this committee.
Technology Committee
A forum for reviewing, evaluating, and recommending strategies, education opportunities, and products for members.
