CONTINUING EDUCATION CLASSES
 
 Continuing Education Classes

All Real Estate Licensees are required to have 16 hours of Continuing Education every 2 years. All REALTOR® members are required to have the Code of the Ethics class at least once every 4 years. Sales licensees renew June 30 of even years. Broker licensees renew June 30 of odd years.

RACI offers the full 16 hours in 2 days, two or three times each year. We also offer Professional Development courses by a national speaker once every year, as well as an Ethics course multiple times each year. Check back here for upcoming CE opportunities.

Day One: 6 Mandatory Hours and 2 Elective Hours

Thursday, February 26, 2009 at the Kokomo RACI Office.

Friday, March 6, 2009 at the Meshingomesia Country Club in Marion, Indiana.

Day 2, 8 Elective Hours

You must enroll in one Day One Session and in one Day Two Session.

Early Bird Special $99.00
(must be prepaid 30 days prior to Day One Class) $129.00 after 30 days. You must pay for all 16 hours at once. Individual classes aare $10 per hour.

    The REALTORS® Institute has long been thought of as the cornerstone to all real estate education. The GRI (Graduate REALTORS® Institute)designation is a national designation that is awarded by the individual states as long as their program conforms with national standards. Once the GRI designation is obtained, it is recognized by all other states.

    The course work leading to the GRI designation covers a wide range of real estate topics and introduces the student to many specialized areas in real estate. While the Institute program is designed primarily for those who have been in the business less than five years, many members enter the GRI program much later in their real estate careers, because, the knowledge base has changed so greatly that the GRI serves as an update.

    The REALTORS® Institute program combines the talents of the finest real estate instructors available nationally with the finest Indiana instructors. This careful blend offers a national scope on real estate issues combined with topics that are specific to Indiana.

    •  Candidates must complete three week-long courses offered by the State Association .

    Tuition includes 30 hours of classroom instruction by outstanding instructors, 16 hours of required Indiana Continuing Education credit for salespersons and brokers, two-hour exam (GRI candidates only), study material, and coffee breaks. Tuition does not include sleeping accommodations or meals.
